Signing of an agreement with the company “Haihunbel”, a resident of the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone"
On the 6th of February, a delegation from the Haihunbel company, a resident of the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone", visited BSMU.
The university was represented by Rector of Belarusian State Medical University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Sergey Rubnikovich; Vice-Rector for International Relations Dmitry Chuikov; Professor of the Department of Normal Anatomy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vasili Roudenok.
The delegation of Haihunbel Medical Scientific and Technical Company LLC was represented by: General Director Chen Chao; Deputy General Director Ma Min; and Head of Marketing Department Oleg Novikov.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the issues of equipment of the university with modern devices for practical training of students and scientific research.
The meeting resulted in the signing of an agreement for a free use of high-tech devices.
As part of this agreement, the university will expand its material and technical base with modern equipment: from a neurosurgical navigation system and 3D printers to scanners and specialized digital manufacturing equipment.
The new technology will be used for practical training of students and advanced training of medical workers at the country's healthcare institutions, improving their skills in such relevant areas as neurosurgery, orthopedics, and dentistry.
