Topical issues of administrative activities of internal affairs bodies in modern conditions
The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took part in the work of the international scientific-practical conference "Topical issues of the administrative activities of the internal affairs bodies in modern conditions", which took place on April 26 at the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The event was attended by more than 170 researchers, including 8 doctors and 62 candidates of sciences, representing 30 leading educational organizations of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Tajikistan. The practical part of the forum is determined by the representation of employees of territorial internal affairs facilities and employees of other state authorities. The discussion platform discussed the issues of organizing the management system of internal affairs bodies, the use of administrative coercion and the implementation of control and supervisory functions in the activities of the police (militia), the interaction of police (militia) units with executive authorities, public associations and citizens, as well as other topical problems administrative activities of internal affairs bodies.
The event was attended by the head of the research department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Degonsky S.Y. and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Penitentiary Law and Criminology of the Penitentiary Faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Stalbovsky V.V.
