More than 100 scientists from eight countries will discuss quantum electronics at BSU

The three-day International Scientific and Technical Conference «Quantum Electronics» starts on 21 November at BSU (7 Kurchatova Street). The beginning is at 9.00. The forum is aimed at exchanging research experience among the scientific community, popularizing quantum knowledge, discussing theoretical problems, systems and methods, as well as information technologies in radiophysics.

The participants of the scientific event will be more than 100 researchers, teachers and specialists in the field of electronics from Belarus, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Germany, Vietnam and Israel. These are representatives of BSU, B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, BSUIR, BSPU named after M. Tank, A. M. Prokhorov General Physics Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute of Physics of the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, Chemnitz University of Technology, etc.

The conference will discuss the development of a prototype of an optical system for observing low-orbit space objects, the dynamics of heating metals under the action of laser pulses with a complex time shape, the matrix of microresonators as a highly sensitive sensor of aqueous impurities, the use of a correlation map for the analysis of print distortions and identification of printers, etc.

Following the results of the work, a collection of materials will be published, which will be available in the BSU Electronic Library.

The event is organized by the Faculty of Radiophysics and Computer Technologies of BSU.
