BSTU and Xingyu Education: Strengthening a Powerhouse Educational Alliance

Serhei Kasperovich, Rector of Belarusian State Technological University (BSTU), hosted a high-level delegation from Henan Xingyu Education Technology Co., Ltd to chart the next chapter of their high-impact partnership.

Since its inception in 2019, the collaboration between BSTU and Xingyu Education has served as a primary engine for international academic integration. The partnership currently oversees six integrated double-degree programs in high-demand technical fields, including Automation, Machine Building, Landscape Architecture, and Information Technology. These programs are executed in coordination with Luoyang Vocational and Technical Institute (Henan) and Shangrao Vocational and Technical Institute (Jiangxi).

The parties finalized plans to onboard additional Chinese partner universities, further scaling the reach of BSTU international curriculum. Strategic dialogues focused on launching new joint educational programs designed to meet the evolving industrial demands of both nations.

Both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to reinforcing existing programs that bridge Belarusian technical expertise with China’s rapidly advancing educational sector. The partnership with Xingyu Education has moved beyond traditional cooperation into a long-standing alliance of technical excellence. The parties are now focused on creating a broader ecosystem of joint initiatives that will provide students with world-class credentials and unique global perspectives.
