International scientific-practical conference «Special Needs Education: Methodology, Theory and Practice» was held at BSPU

On 19-20 November 2020, the Institute of Inclusive Education of BSPU held a grand opening and plenary session of the International scientific-practical conference «Special Needs Education: Methodology, Theory and Practice» in online format.
 Welcoming speeches to the participants of the International scientific-practical conference «Special Needs Education: Methodology, Theory and Practice» were addressed by Alexander Ivanovich Zhuk, Rector of Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor; Gabriella Yvonne Akimova, Deputy Representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNISEF) in the Republic of Belarus; Elena Aleyzovna Mulitsa, Chief Specialist of the Directorate for Pre-school Education of the Main Administration of General Secondary, Pre-School and Special Education of the Republic of Belarus; Vera Valerievna Hitryuk, Director of the Institute of inclusive education BSPU M. Tanka, Doctor of Pedagogy, Associate Professor.
 At the plenary session presentations were made by scientists from Belarus, Russia, Armenia and Estonia.
