Delegation from Syria visited the Ministry of Education

Today the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus was visited by a delegation from Syria. The National Children's Educational and Health Center "Zubrenok" organized recreation for children from this country.
Recreation is organized in three shifts. The program of stay includes sanatorium and health services, medical examination, excursions, cultural events. The invitation of Syrian children to Belarus has been organized as a humanitarian action annually since 2017. This contributes to the further development of bilateral cooperation between countries in the humanitarian and educational sphere, the formation of friendly relations between our peoples, and the popularization of the history and culture of Belarus.
Minister of Education Andrei Ivanets stressed: "Our friendly relations are based on the friendly relations of the leaders of our countries. It is important that the children not only go through rehabilitation in our republic, but get to know our culture and history better. And today we are making every effort to make children feel like at home".
