Scientific and methodological conference of undergraduates from China at Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University

In the framework of the academic discipline "Philosophy and methodology of science" Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University hosted a student research conference "The variety of philosophical teachings and their role in society", which was organized and conducted by undergraduates from China under the leadership of Julia Alenkova, a deputy dean for ideological and educational work of the faculty of primary and music education, an associate professor of the department of history and philosophy.

During the conference reports prepared by undergraduates from China, reflecting their understanding of the essence of ancient philosophy, its relationship with Chinese philosophy and the differences between these philosophical traditions were heard.

This conference showed that the study of history of philosophical and scientific thinking is of deep interest to our undergraduates from China, and despite the difference in philosophy curricula in China and Belarus, it contains prospects for further research and creative search as well.
