Polessky State University and Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Sports Vocational College Strengthen International Cooperation

On September 23, 2025, an official meeting was held at Polessky State University with a delegation from the Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Sports Vocational College (China), aimed at developing bilateral cooperation in the fields of education, sports, and academic exchange. During the event, a signing ceremony was held to sign several agreements: a Memorandum of Understanding; a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation within the framework of the joint educational program “3+0”; and a Memorandum of Understanding for collaboration in teacher training. The meeting concluded with an excursion program to the university's sports facilities.
