BSTU Takes Part in Belarusian Education Days in Vietnam

On June 15, 2023 Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) hosts the opening ceremony of ‘Education in Belarus’ exposition. The ceremony is attended by Andrei Ivanets, Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus and Nguyễn Kim Sơn, Minister of Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Several bilateral agreements are to be signed at the event, including Cooperation Agreement between the Institute for Tropical Technology under Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
Piotr Shalimo, Vice-rector of Belarusian State Technological University is a member of the Belarusian delegation who is entitled to represent the University, its educational and research capacity at the Days of Belarusian Education in Vietnam. On the first day of the visit Piotr Shalimo held successful negotiations with the Director of the Institute for Space and Underwater Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The parties outlined prospects of future partnership, including educational and research cooperation in the field of drone technology, in particular, training of drone operators.
