Winter Music Academy 2026 Held at the Academy of Music

From January 13 to 22, the Belarusian State Academy of Music hosted the fifth season of its creative and educational project, the “Winter Music Academy”.

This year, 102 young musicians from Belarus and Russia underwent intensive training through master classes covering various disciplines. Participants also had a unique opportunity to interact with the Academy's faculty and talented students, fostering an invaluable exchange of experience and inspiration.

From the very first day, project participants attended consultations on musical and instrumental arts with the Academy's leading professors.

Throughout their training, participants attended a series of significant events:

• A traditional meeting with the Rector of the Academy, PhD in Art History, Associate Professor Kurakina E.V.

• Meetings with deans of faculties and heads of departments.

• Interaction with student activists.

• A meeting with the Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, Kuzovkova I.P.

• An excursion to the House of Radio.

Participants of the Winter Music Academy also showed great interest in visiting the large-scale exhibition “My Belarus”, held at the National Exhibition Center “BelExpo”. The exhibition's displays showcase our country's achievements, allowing visitors to learn about the latest technologies, regional successes, and the rich culture of Belarus.
