A scientific seminar dedicated to the development of joint Belarusian-Russian projects in the field of electronic and quantum technologies based on synthetic diamond was held at BSUIR. Russian science was represented by NRNU MEPhI and New Diamond Technology LLC. From the Belarusian side, OJSC Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials, State Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Materials Science, OJSC Integral and research laboratories of BSUIR were invited to exchange experience. The participants of the seminar presented their developments in the field of the meeting's topics, identified areas for further cooperation and agreed to continue working together.
