A mini-football match was held at BNTU among students of the Faculty of International Cooperation
May 25, a friendly mini-football match dedicated to Africa Day was held at the Belarusian National Technical University. The African team faced the team from the Faculty of International Cooperation.
After a short warm-up before the game, the participants were greeted by Alexander Sadovsky, Deputy Head of the Department of International Marketing of Educational Services and International Students at the Faculty of International Cooperation. He wished the athletes a fair fight, enjoyment of the game, and great goals.
From the very first minutes, a tense battle ensued on the court. The teams acted quickly and sparing no effort: attacks alternated with reliable defense, and the goalkeepers repeatedly made saves from dangerous shots. The first half was characterized by back-and-forth attacks, but the Faculty of International Cooperation team managed to open the scoring after a quick combination. The African team didn't give up and scored goals in return.
The intensity only increased in the second half. It was felt off the field as well, with fans in the stands enthusiastically supporting their teams. The players demonstrated character, willpower, and true team spirit: no one wanted to give in until the final whistle.
Following a tense game, the FMS team took first place. The teams congratulated each other, and the winners were presented with well-deserved awards.
