Inspiration for future linguists: Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University welcomes participants of the Olympiad!

Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University welcomed participants of the regional stage of the Republican Olympiad in English, French, German and Chinese.

Maryna Zablotskaya, a deputy dean for ideological work, introduced the guests to the history of the faculty, the fields of training, the specifics of the educational process and the rules of the admission campaign in 2026.

The guests made a tour of the faculty, saw modern classrooms and learned how extracurricular and educational work is organized.

Of particular interest for our guests was a master class, which was organized by Ms. Wang Xiaomei, a director of the Confucius Institute. Under her supervision the guests mastered the art of papercutting a traditional symbol – the "fish", which in Chinese culture represents abundance, luck and well-being.

This meeting became an excellent opportunity for gifted high school students to get to know the faculty better, learn more about the career prospects of linguistics graduates and get useful advice for their future profession.
