The world is changing rapidly: the pace of its development is accelerating, new technologies are being introduced. For these reasons, education is decisive in the fate of every person. The road to knowledge and new discoveries is not easy, and its culmination - graduation can be called with confidence not just the completion of studies within the walls of an educational institution, but the result of painstaking work and persistent movement forward.
On June 30, in the Park of Culture and Leisure named after the 900th anniversary of the city of Minsk, a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to graduates of the Belarusian State Aviation Academy in was held. On this significant day, more than 180 people acquired a new status of young specialists, some of them - the first officer rank of "lieutenant".
Together with our graduates, indescribable emotions were shared by honored guests - Director of the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus Igor Vladimirovich Golub, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Belarus Safarzoda Bakhtovar Amirali , military personnel from the command staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, heads of aviation organizations and state educational institutions, which this year for the first time will enroll students in aviation classes.
One of the significant moments of the event was the recognition of the merits of our graduates. Rector Artyom Arturovich Shegidevich noted that today the academy releases into free flight those who have achieved the high rank of aviator with their work, those who really need to be proud of. The young specialists were awarded certificates of honour, certificates, as well as commendations from the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Aviation, the Administration of the Zavodskoy District of Minsk and the Belarusian State Aviation Academy. Those who achieved high results in their studies received the coveted diplomas with honors from the heads of aviation organizations.
One of the iconic moments of the graduation ceremony was the handover of the graduation album to freshmen. Such a tradition reflects the continuity of generations and symbolizes a sense of community on the way to a common goal - the development of civil aviation and the protection of the peaceful sky over the heads of Belarusians. The culmination of the event was the sacred ceremony of farewell of graduates with the Banner of the Academy and the solemn march of lieutenants.
