Tuition Fees

As a rule, foreign citizens studying in the Republic of Belarus pay tuition fees. The fee is set by each education institution and varies depending on the specialty and the training form.

Preparatory department

Annual tuition fees for preparatory departments of higher education institutions start from 1,600 USD per year for students arriving on an individual basis; for students applying within the framework of international or inter-university agreements the fee is set by the agreements.

First cycle of higher education (Bachelor’s degree)

Tuition fees for the first cycle of higher education vary depending on the complexity of the chosen specialty and the term of study. Full-time degrees cost 2,500 USD per year or more, and part-time degrees cost 1,400 USD per year or more.

Second cycle of higher education (Master’s degree)

Tuition fees for the second level of higher education vary depending on the complexity of the chosen specialty and the term of study. Yearly fees start from 2,500 USD.
