Key Achievement

Belarusian State University of Physical Culture is the only specialized institution of higher education in the Republic of Belarus, where specialists in the field of physical culture, sports and tourism are trained. Today BSUPC is modern educational and research center with a rich history and traditions. It hosts international scientific conferences and seminars. Multifunctional sports facilities, which are the training base for students and host continental and planetary competitions in various kind of sport, republican festivals, youth forums. The university pays much attention to improve the quality of education. Multi-level training, retraining and advanced training of specialists is carried out at BSUPC, also post-graduate studies are being conducted. The university cooperates with the best sports universities in China, Japan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Georgia, Kazakhstan and other countries. We care about the comfort of students. The campus has a student dormitory, a canteen. In walking distance one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers of Minsk. Not far from the university are the city park of culture and recreation, a roller-ski track, water park. The developed transport infrastructure will make it possible to reach any point of the capital without any particular difficulties. The university is especially proud of its graduates, who have forever inscribed their names in the history of Belarusian and world sports. Fans of sports from all over the world know the names of the invincible wrestler Alexander Medved, swordsman Elena Belova, rower Ekaterina Karsten, freestylers Alexei Grishin, Anton Kushnir, Anna Guskova, tennis player Victoria Azarenko. They all became Olympic champions. Over the history of the BSUPC, its graduates more than 140 times climbed the Olympic pedestal. The medals from the World and European Championships are dozens of times more. It stands to mention that the coaches of many champions were educated at BSUPC. Highly qualified specialists-practitioners teach at the university and actively develop research work. Among the developments of our scientists are unique sports simulators that are mass-produced and exported to the countries of near and far abroad.
