Key Achievement

Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno was awarded the Banner of Honor of the Republic of Belarus, is a five-time laureate of the “Government of the Republic of Belarus Award for Achievements in the Field of Quality”, was twice listed on the Republican Board of Honor in the “Scientific Organization” category, in 2025 was awarded the Certificate of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus “For High Achievements in the Field of Education Quality”. The University effectively participates in prestigious international educational ratings: Webometrics (Ranking Web of Universities), UniRank (4icu), “Three University Missions” (MosIUR), THE World University Rankings, THE University Impact Rankings, UI GreenMetric.
The University celebrated its 85th anniversary in 2025 year.

By decision of the Accreditation Council of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) on January 27^nd 2023, Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno received international institutional accreditation for a five-year term and international programmatic accreditation for 16 educational programs. Kupala University received international programmatic accreditation for seven years for the following undergraduate programs: Practical Psychology (Social, Pedagogical, and Psychological Education), Biology (Biology), Physics (Physics), Jurisprudence, and the Master's program in Biochemistry.
Kupala University received international program accreditation for 5 years for the bachelor's degree programs "Fine Arts and Computer Graphics" ("Art Education"), "Economics and Management at the Enterprise" ("Economics and Management"), "Information Technology Software" ("Software Engineering"), "Transport Logistics (by area)" ("Transport Logistics"), as well as for the master's degree programs "Musical Art", "Theory and Methods of Teaching and Upbringing" (by fields and levels of education) ("Primary Education"), "Economics", "Applied Physics", "Construction of Buildings and Structures" ("Construction"), "Transport", "Jurisprudence".
