Educational establishment "Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University"

Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University is a leading university in the region. Over the centuries-old history of the university, many prominent figures in the field of politics, science, culture, and sports have become its graduates. President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander G. Lukashenko is a graduate of the Faculty of History of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University. Today, the university collaborates with more than 70 universities and research and educational centres around the world. Collaboration is actively developing with higher educational institutions of Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Serbia, China, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and others.  The University is a member of the Association of Universities of the Border Regions of Belarus and Russia, the CSTO University League, the Eurasian Association of Pedagogical Universities. Scientific research of the teaching staff is carried out mainly in accordance with the republican programs, orders of the Ministry of Education and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. The following topics are being developed at the university: continuous teacher training in an educational complex, Earth's magnetosphere, thin film optics, archaeological sites of Belarus, past and present in the literary process, problems of the human body's adaptation to environmental factors, and others. Electronic copies of educational, teaching and methodological publications and scientific publications of university teachers are presented in the electronic archive of the university library. In general, the library’s book fund now numbers about 600 thousand books of the universal fund of domestic and foreign literature. The library has a collection of rare books of the XIX and early XX centuries. The material and technical base and the quality of the library’s funds make it possible to provide library and information services to the university’s scientific, educational, and educational activities at a high level.  Laboratories and research centres of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University is equipped with modern educational, research and development instruments and equipment, the computer and electronic bases of the university have a high level, which allows conducting scientific research in accordance with international standards. A modern publishing and printing centre and an information technology department have been created. The university operates the Agrobiological station "Lyubuzh", which is a field educational-methodical and experimental base for solving educational, methodological, scientific, educational and production tasks of the university, conducting educational, practical training and sports gatherings, etc. Much attention is paid to the university sports life of students. Today they have at their disposal a sports stadium, games and gyms, a boxing hall, a karate hall, a free-style wrestling hall, a shooting gallery, a ski base and a medical rehabilitation centre. Students and teachers of all faculties have the opportunity of creative expression in the literary association "Inspiration", in numerous circles of amateur performances. The university publishes the scientific and methodological journal "Bulletin of Mogilev State A.
