The ХIХ International Scientific-Practical Conference “Priority directions in the development of the legal system of the society”

Information:  The purpose of the conference is to trace the trends in the development of the national legal system of the Republic of Belarus in the context of priorities of socio–economic development. Expected result: a) to study the patterns of functioning of modern legal systems; b) to analyze the correspondence of legal regulation to the mechanism of action of objective laws of regulated spheres of public relations and the laws of the law itself; c) to investigate the directions of stimulating socially useful activity of legal entities; d) to trace the trends in the development of local self-government and civil society; e) to characterize the areas of interaction between the legal systems of the CIS and non-CIS countries, the integration of generally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties into Belarusian legislation.
