Unknown Europe: History, Culture and Society of Belarus

The participants will get acquainted with the economic, cultural and religious diversity of Belarus, because Grodno is a multicultural city located on the border of Belarus, Poland and Lithuania. It has a rich and diverse cultural life, and is one of the oldest cities in Belarus, in which the historical center is adjacent to modern infrastructure.
The programme includes lectures and workshops devoted to various aspects of country studies of Belarus; visits to Grodno enterprises, museums, other cultural and historical objects of Grodno region; excursions around Grodno, Białowieża forest, Augustów Canal, Nesvizh, Mir.
