In the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, negotiations were held between the delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, as well as representatives of Belarusian enterprises, with the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Sakhalin Region Valery Alenkov and the Minister of Digital and Technological Development Alexander Snegirev.

The delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus included the director of the National Institute of Education Valentina Ginchuk, the deputy director of the National Children's Technology Park Alexander Ignatchik and the head of the Aerospace Technologies laboratory Dmitry Yakovlev.
