In the fourth quarter of 2024, a number of meetings were held at BNTU with Y. Nikolaychik, who is a Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of BNTU. Mr. Nikolaychik met with representatives of Chinese educational institutions: Shijiazhuang Engineering Vocational College (Hebei Province); Harbin University (Heilongjiang Province); Wuhan Textile University (Hubei Province); Dalian University (Liaoning Province), as well as heads of recruiting organizations. During these meetings, areas of possible interaction on the issues of training Chinese citizens in joint educational programs, organizing internships, and cooperation in the field of university research were discussed.

In mid-October 2023, the Vice-Rector took part in a meeting in the format of an online conference with representatives of the management of the specified Chinese educational institution, during which the Chinese side expressed interest in creating and implementing a joint educational program “4+0” or “4+1” in the field of “Automation”.

During the period December 7-9, 2023 Nikolaychik Yu.A. took part in the first conference on environmental protection and high-quality development of the plateau in the Yellow River Basin. In continuation of the previously reached agreements, during this event, a Cooperation Agreement was signed with the Chinese side between the Belarusian National Technical University (Minsk, Republic of Belarus) and the Institute of Entrepreneurship of the Inner Mongolia University (Hohhot, People's Republic of China).

At the same time, during this visit, the Belarusian side signed an Agreement on Cooperation with the rector of the said Institute of Entrepreneurship on the implementation of a joint educational program of general higher education (bachelor’s degree) in the specialty “Automation”.
