BNTU: a visit to Zimbabwe
Y.A. Nikolaichik, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Belarusian National Technical University is on a visit to Zimbabwe from February 17 to 23, 2024 as part of a delegation of representatives of universities of the Republic of Belarus. The aim of the visit is to participate in the first meeting of the Joint Standing Commission on Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Zimbabwe.
On February 19, 2024, a meeting was held between Y.A. Nikolaychik and the leaders of the recruiting company “Glamourama Department” PBC (Harare, Zimbabwe), it is BNTU’s partner on the Zimbabwean market.
The parties noted the positive results of interaction, identified prospects, and discussed problematic issues.
The visit program, in addition to mandatory events, also provides for business negotiations on promising areas of cooperation in the field of education and scientific research with the leadership of the Midlands State University and the Harare Institute of Technology.
This visit will undoubtedly contribute to the establishment and expansion of effective mutually beneficial contacts with leading institutions of higher education and scientific organizations in this country.
