A delegation of the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechical Research Ubiversity visited BNTU
March 13, representatives of the delegation of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin (KazATU) visited the Belarusian National Technical University to discuss promising areas of cooperation. The interests of the foreign university were represented by Dean Erzhar Saduakhasovich Ibyshev.
On behalf of BNTU, the meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Yuri Aleksandrovich Nikolaychik, Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation (FIC) Pavel Ivanovich Shirvel and Head of the Department of International Programs, Exchanges and Protocol of the FIC Anastasia Ruslanovna Volkova.
Yuri Aleksandrovich told members of the Kazakh delegation about the directions of BNTU’s activities in the field of science and the place of the university in world rankings. Speaking about the numerous profiles in which one can study at the university, the vice-rector paid special attention to the specialties of the automotive and tractor faculty, in particular in the field of tractor construction.
The guests, in turn, noted that cooperation with Belarusian universities and, in particular, with the Belarusian National Technical University is promising and mutually beneficial. They emphasized the importance of developing a software solution in matters of agricultural development. During the negotiations, issues of interaction in the following areas were also raised: exchange programs for teachers and students; summer schools; joint conferences and readings.
The parties plan to begin close and fruitful cooperation soon.
