VSU on National Unity Day

September 17, National Unity Day and student collective together with labor one organized the celebration and prepared a number of events: the solemn action “We are united,” a memorial rally, and a patriotic tour rally.
From the very morning, a solemn event “We are united” was taking place at the university stadium, in which the leadership and students of all Vitebsk universities took part. On this day, Masherovtsy laid flowers at the “5th Regiment” obelisk, honoring the memory of those who fell during the Great Patriotic War. On the picturesque shore of Lake Losvido, the celebration of the national holiday continued, and an extensive cultural and entertainment program awaited all participants.
