“Venezuelan Christmas traditions” concerto

MSLU students partook in the “Venezuelan Christmas traditions” concerto.

The event, held at the Minsk City Palace of Children and Youth, was organized by the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Republic of Belarus with the support of the Latin American Cultural Center named after Simon Bolivar in Minsk.

Guests of the event had the opportunity to get acquainted with the treasury of Venezuelan history and the cultural wealth of the country during creative performances prepared by schoolchildren and university students of the Republic of Belarus. Folk songs and dances, presentations of Christmas traditions of Venezuela and Belarus. As part of the holiday, those present enjoyed the unique flavor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Students of the Minsk State Linguistic University partook in the bright event.

Following the event, gratitude for the support provided during the preparation and holding of the concert “Venezuelan Christmas traditions” was sent from the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Republic of Belarus to the rector of MSLU Natalya Evgenievna Lapteva.

The Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Republic of Belarus highly appreciated the contribution of Elena Anatolyevna Kuchugurna, Dean of the Faculty of Romance Languages of Minsk State Linguistic University, and student volunteers of the faculty to the organization and holding of the event. Freshmans Maria Malinova, Valeria Ivanenko and Daniil Khalaibash were awarded diplomas for their active participation in the concert.

Following the results of the successful event, the diplomatic mission expressed gratitude to the choreographer of the dance theater “Renaissance Dance” Misevich Yanina Konstantinovna and the members of the creative team.
