Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel and Kazan State Energy University to cooperate in science and education field

April 2, representatives of the Electric Power Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States and of Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel visited the Kazan State Energy University.

As part of the visit, a round table was held with the participation of representatives of the Republic of Belarus and the leadership of KSEU, headed by Rector Edward Abdullazyanov. Guests took part in the traditional flower-laying ceremony at the “To Energy Workers” memorial. A tour around the university was organized for them. The parties expressed hope to continue to interact and meet to discuss and implement joint projects.

On April 3, within the framework of the Tatarstan International Forum on Power, Energy and Resource Efficiency, a ceremony was held to sign an agreement on cooperation between the Kazan State Energy University and Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel in the scientific and educational sphere.

The document was certified by the rector of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel Artur Putyato and the rector of the Kazan State Energy University Edward Abdullazyanov - in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Belarus Denis Moroz and the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The parties agreed on cooperation in the field of academic and scientific activities in the most relevant areas.
