Art familiar to everyone

Art familiar to everyone: master students from the People’s Republic of China, studying at Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University, got acquainted with our traditions.

Master students from the People’s Republic of China (the language of study – English) under the supervision of T. Dyachkova, a deputy dean for scientific work, visited Mogilev State Gymnasium-College of Arts named after E. Glebov.

An exciting museum excursion and acquaintance with history of this establishment allowed students to touch the creative heritage and get acquainted with outstanding graduates.

The highlight of this day became a concert, where students of the gymnasium took part. Classical and folk works, soulful vocal numbers and instrumental compositions were played from the stage. Sincere applause and genuine interest in the eyes of the guests became the best confirmation that music is a language that everyone understands.

A special moment became a cymbal playing workshop. Chinese master students plunged into the study of the Belarusian folk instrument with great interest, tried to perform their first melodies.

Such meetings not only unite, but also inspire, teach respect for cultural heritage and give faith that art doesn’t know any borders.
