From November 24 to 28, 2025, the Belarusian State Academy of Music hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues in Contemporary Musical Art: At the Intersection of Genres and Styles”.

The Conference brought together 114 participants, including 66 international guests representing Russia, China, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, highlighting the international nature of the event.

In addition to the Belarusian State Academy of Music, the Plenary Session was attended by representatives from the Moscow State Conservatory and the Petrozavodsk State Conservatory named after A.K. Glazunov.

The Conference included section sessions, roundtables, lectures, presentations of new publications and master classes, concerts and exhibitions, a student scientific and practical conference, and a journalism workshop for students and young scholars.
