International forum - illegal cashing of funds

Employees of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took part in a round table with foreign colleagues.
On the agenda is the improvement of legislation in matters of liability for illegal cashing of funds - droppership.
The event was organized by the Research Institute of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after. B. Beisenov on behalf of the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
The Belarusian Police Academy was represented by Acting Head of the Department of Information Law of the Faculty of Criminal Police, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Mikhail Gubich, Acting Head of the Department of Criminal Law, Ph.D., Vladislav Meyerson, Lecturer of the Department of Information Law of the Faculty criminal police Yevgeny Sobolevsky.
Conclusions are drawn about the significant relevance of the topic under consideration, including at the international level, the prevalence of illegal acts, as well as possible ways to improve the current criminal legislation aimed at countering criminal manifestations.
