MSLU: "Strengthening international cooperation

At the beginning of December, a delegation from Minsk State Linguistic University led by Rector Natalya Evgenievna Lapteva visited Southeast University in Nanjing (People's Republic of China).
As part of the visit of the MSLU delegation to China, a meeting was held in Southeast University to discuss the issue of developing various areas of cooperation between universities.
During the negotiations, representatives of the management of higher educational institutions reviewed cooperation agreements in detail and exchanged initiatives to strengthen partnerships in the field of education and science. The result of the negotiations was the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between Minsk State Linguistic University and Southeast University in Nanjing.
The MSLU delegation also took part in the World Chinese Language Congress in Beijing. During the World Congress, participants considered the issues of digitalization of the learning process and the basic requirements for teaching Chinese.
Following the results of the World Congress, the Confucius Institute at Minsk State Linguistic University received a well-deserved award for the high level of organization of international exams in the Chinese language HSK and HSKK.
At the same time, working towards strengthening international cooperation, the internship of the deans of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini was completed.
The dean of the Faculty of Romance-Germanic Languages of the “Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini Kuvvatova” Salomat Musoevna and the dean of the Faculty of Philology Mirzoalieva Adolat Sheralievna took part in the internship program, which started at the Minsk State Linguistic University on December 4, 2023.
As part of the internship, colleagues from the Republic of Tajikistan had the opportunity to study the specifics of the university’s activities and learn about the forms of organizing the educational process at MSLU. During the events, participants were introduced to the main areas of activity of the faculties, and also attended training sessions on Russian as a foreign language, foreign literature and Farsi.
“The hospitality and cordiality of the staff of the Minsk State Linguistic University left an enormously deep impression about them!” – the internship participants noted at the end of the program of events.
