BarSU participates in "Summer Institute" held in Nizhniy Novgorod
From August 6 to August 21, 2023, Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after N.A. Dobrolyubov (Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Federation) hosted a large-scale project “Summer Institute”. This event saw the head of the department of theoretical and applied economics of the Faculty of Economics and Law of BarSU Ksenia Igorevna Ryabova and senior lecturer of the department of pedagogy and social and humanitarian disciplines of the faculty of pedagogy and psychology took part Degil Natalya Ivanovna taking active participation.
Twenty five teachers and researchers from 15 universities of Belarus, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and the Russian Federation took part in the project.
For two weeks, teachers underwent training in the additional professional program “Modern Information Society and Social Adaptation Strategies in a Multicultural Educational Environment”, worked on projects and successfully completed a program of advanced training courses. The training took place at four internship sites: Volga State Technological University (Republic of Mari El), Nizhny Novgorod State University of Engineering and Economics (Nizhny Novgorod), Mordovia State University (Republic of Mordovia), Innopolis University (Republic of Tatarstan). Project activities included visits to laboratories and experimental sites of universities, master classes and training events on the use of modern digital technologies in teaching activities.
As part of the event, the participants of the Summer Institute visited the main cultural attractions and scientific spaces of Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Yoshkar-Ola, Innopolis, Knyaginino, Gorodets, Saransk.
