The Chinese Ambassador's Prize was awarded to a PolesSU student

On 12 November, the  Belarusian State University of Physical Culture hosted the ceremony of awarding the Chinese Ambassador's Prize for 2024. The event honoured students who have achieved outstanding results in learning Chinese.

This prize was established by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus, which emphasises the importance of the Chinese language in the educational system of the country and promotes the development of international relations.

Darya Kovalchuk, a 4th year student of Polessky State University, became the winner of this prize, which emphasises not only high academic preparation, but also the purposefulness of Belarusian students in mastering new knowledge.
