Rector's entrance’ for students of the joint faculty of TIF-PSU

On October 10, a solemn registration ceremony of students of Tashkent Institute of Finance and Polotsk State University joint faculty was held. Signatures in the honorary book ‘Polatski dzyarzhauny universitet’ (Polotsk State University) will be preserved forever, as well as educational traditions in Polotsk land. This ceremony is a symbol of cooperation and friendship between Tashkent Institute of Finance and Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk.

Recall that, according to the ‘3+1’ programme, school graduates from the Republic of Uzbekistan enter the joint faculty of TIF-PSU in Tashkent. They are studying at Tashkent Institute of Finance for two years. Then come to the Republic of Belarus in the third year and study at Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk at the Faculty of Finance and Economics, and finish the fourth year in Uzbekistan.

The programme is unique not only in the fact that students study in Belarus for a whole year, but also in the fact that during their studies at Tashkent Institute of Finance, the most experienced and competent lecturers of our university come to them and hold classes.

Registration of students in the honorary book means that they become part of the history of Polotsk University and its educational system. This gives them a special status and significance.

We hope that this joint educational programme will continue to develop successfully and benefit students in both countries. It opens the door to international collaboration and helps students gain international experience that will be valuable for their future careers.
