From September 4 to September 10, 2023, internships took place at BSTU for associate professors of the Department of Cosmetics Technology of the Kazan National Technological University, Sautina N.V. and Shigabieva Y.A.
The internships were organized at the Department of Biotechnology with the support of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining and other structural divisions of BSTU.
In accordance with the internship programs, colleagues from the Russian Federation became familiar with the areas of educational and research activities of the departments and laboratories of the Faculty of Technology of Organic Substances. They visited Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining, visited the exhibition of the results of research activities of BSTU scientists, BSTU xylotheque, learned about the material and technical base and scientific developments of the research laboratories of our university.
The interns also saw the results of research activities of the Department of Biotechnology, among which it is necessary to highlight research work in the field of chemistry of aromatic substances and cosmetic fragrances, as well as in the field of technology of biologically active substances and chemical pharmaceuticals.
Based on the results of the internship, BSTU employees noted the high qualifications and level of awareness in the field of modern biotechnologies.
The directions for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between BSTU and the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kazan National Technological University” in the field of educational and research activities have also been determined.
