A student of the Belarusian-Russian University, a graduate of the institution “Mogilev Regional Sports School of Trade Unions “Spartak-35”” Muanda Otniel, has won the Republican Universiade 2023/2024 in boxing (w/c 80 kg).

In 2020, Otniel came to the Republic of Belarus from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and was sdmitted in the preparatory department in order to study Russian language and prepare for admission to the economic profile. In 2021, he was enrolled as a student in the specialty “Economics and Enterprise Management”, and now, as a 3rd year student, he represents the BRU at the Republican Universiade 2023/2024 in boxing.

Boxers from 14 higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus fought for the title of winner in various weight categories.
