From November 14 to 16, 2025 a university delegation consisting of First Vice-rector D. Lavrinovich, directors of the Confucius Institute, L. Zaitseva and Wang Xiaomei, took part in the World Conference on the Chinese Language "Innovations, expansion of capabilities of artificial intelligence: learning Chinese without borders." This conference was organized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in cooperation with the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, the China International Educational Foundation and the International Community of Chinese Language Teachers. More than 3,000 participants from 86 countries were welcomed by the Chinese Minister of Education, Huai Jinpeng.

Representatives of our university participated in the plenary and breakout sessions of the conference; in the launch ceremony of the ChinesePlus 2.0 platform and the first batch of international products using artificial intelligence developed on this platform; visited the exhibition of achievements of Chinese universities and the exhibition of Chinese literature.

During the visit negotiations with the leadership of Heihe University (China), where issues of previously reached agreements were discussed with the leadership of the Confucius Institute of the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University on the prospects for further mutually beneficial cooperation, were also held.
