BSTU Rector meets the SINAMACHBEL leadership

September 22. Rector of the Belarusian State Technological University Igor Voitov held a meeting with the Chief Executive of the Department of Management of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park of China Engineering Corporation SAMS OJSC, General Director of SINAMACCHBEL LLC Liu Jiadan.
The meeting was attended by the director of the Center "Scientific and Technological Park of BSTU" Alexander Kalinichenko, the head of the research and development center Mikhail Dyadenko, representatives of scientific departments Konstantin Vishnevsky, Alexander Dernovich, Victor Tyulenev, from the Chinese side - Zou Da - Deputy General Director of SINAMACCHBEL LLC; Mikhalkov Denis Aleksandrovich – manager for attracting investments at SINAMACHBEL LLC; Trifuntova Ekaterina Nikolaevna – head of the translation department of SINAMACHBEL LLC.
During the meeting, participants discussed issues of possible mutually beneficial cooperation. Igor Voitov spoke about areas of possible cooperation with the university to create joint Chinese-Belarusian enterprises. The university rector named forestry, wood processing, petrochemical production, production of polymers, paints and varnishes, biotechnology, wood hydrolysis, production of powerful energy storage devices and a number of others as the most promising areas. In addition, it was proposed to consider the possibility of educational retraining programs on the basis of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of BSTU.
Liu Jiadan noted the high potential for the possible development of mutually beneficial cooperation. The Belarusian side was asked to prepare a written proposal outlining areas of cooperation for a more in-depth study and development of specific options for investment projects.
