Delegates representing Heze University at BSUIR

The delegation from the People's Republic of China was led by Qu Xiangyan, Vice-Rector of Heze University. The purpose of the meeting was to present the educational opportunities of both universities and discuss cooperation in the educational sector. At the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of launching a joint educational program.
