He stressed the importance of practical collaboration, stating that both sides are eager to launch specific joint initiatives that will take this partnership to a new, higher level.
An extensive laboratory tour was organised for the Chinese delegation, primarily to showcase modern approaches to teaching and research at Polotsk University. The college representatives took a detailed look at the operations of the Faculty of Computer Science and Electronics, where academic programmes are closely integrated with the needs of high-tech industries.
During the tour of the facilities, special attention was given to the Innovative Digital Twin Laboratory for Gas Supply Systems and the Future Engineers Laboratory. The guests were highly impressed by the advanced equipment in the Industrial Automation Systems Laboratory, as well as the Laboratory for the Repair and Operation of Control and Measuring Instruments.
The Chinese partners were also particularly interested in the Cryptographic Engineering Laboratory, the Water Supply and Sewage Systems Laboratory, and the Water Treatment Process Automation Laboratory. Each of these facilities clearly demonstrated how theoretical knowledge is transformed into the practical skills required by modern professionals.
