On July 13, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus together with employees of diplomatic missions visited Vitebsk State University named after Peter Mironovich Masherov. The visiting guests enjoyed a tour around the University, they’ve met with sudents and Mr. Xe Xiaoyung officially negotiated with rector Valentina Bogatyreva.
