On June 30, 2026 Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University hosted a graduation ceremony of listeners of the Confucius Institute. This ceremony was also attended by D. Lavrinovich, first vice-rector of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University, doctor of historical sciences, professor; directors of the Confucius Institute; teachers of the Chinese language; representatives of educational institutions; as well as parents of listeners.

Addressing the audience, L. Zaitseva, director of the Confucius Institute from the Belarusian side, noted that "this academic year has been filled with new knowledge, discoveries, and new achievements for all of us. Each of the students has gone their own way — someone has taken the first steps in learning Chinese, someone has significantly deepened their knowledge, and someone is already confidently using the language in communication, study, and maybe even in work."

Learning Chinese is not just about mastering a new system of writing, grammar, and pronunciation. It is an introduction to the richest culture, centuries-old traditions and a special worldview. And the events that were prepared and held at the Confucius Institute (in addition to training sessions) were aimed at this: Zhongqiujie Mid-Autumn Festival, "Celebrating the Chinese New Year Together", 1st Festival of Traditional Chinese Culture, 1st Calligraphy Dictation, 1st regional brush Calligraphy Competition dedicated to the International Day of the Chinese Language, Duanwu Festival, etc.

As a result 19 best students of the Institute were awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts for their achievements in learning Chinese in the 2025/2026 academic year. Diplomas and valuable gifts were also presented to the winners and prize—winners of the 1st Calligraphy Dictation Competition and the 1st Regional Brush Calligraphy Competition.

At the end of the ceremony D. Lavrinovich presented the graduates of the Institute with state-issued documents on education.
